slow flow

A mixture between our beginners and vinyasa class -  we focus on basic breathing techniques, light meditation and gentle movement to warm up and release the body of any tension.

 

With a hands-on approach and strong focus on alignment, our classes can be adjusted to your capabilities as we allow ourselves to improve spinal health, flexibility and deepen core strength.

These classes are approachable to all levels and are 60min long.
